Maggie Burlingame is a Nutty Bavarian Licensee from Southeastern Kansas. She is also the postmaster in Arcadia, Kansas. Maggie first became a licensee of The Nutty Bavarian when she wanted to add the fresh roasted, cinnamon glazed nuts to her funnel cake stands at local fairs and festivals. Maggie next began selling The Nutty Bavarian at Pittsburg State and Missouri Southern University football and basketball games. She added a second cart when she opened at the Memorial Auditorium in January of 1999. Maggie opened her third Nutty Bavarian location in the fall of 1999 at the North Park Mall in Joplin, Missouri for the Christmas season. Maggie now has retired from the post office and operates over 6 Nutty Bavarian locations. |
